Weekdays (Mon - Thursday nights) - £35 per person, minimum 4 people.
Weekends (Friday -Sunday nights) - £250 per night for 4 people. £40 per person after this.

There is a compulsory £249 cleaning fee per stay.

There is a 20 % deposit payable at the time of booking, with the balance payable 4 weeks before arrival.
